Stingers are very easy to use and, depending on how hard you swing them, can be anywhere from quite mild to wicked painful. They are also relatively quiet.
They consist of a wide or narrow handle (vegan friendly!), and a flexible shaft with a weight at the end. They're about 19 inches long.
I've got about five of the wide-handled ones (that have a small metal ring at their top which allows them to be hung on a hook or something similar) and about 13 of the narrow-handled ones. I have them available in black but no longer have any of the white-handled ones. Sorry.
The shaft and the weight have been dipped in plastic, which makes them easy to clean and disinfect. The guy who made them has since passed away and these are the only ones left that haven't yet found permanent homes.
